Rainy Noisy Sunday

Flac-flac-flac-flac
This sound is defenitely not the clock
Raindrops start to pour down atop
While my bed is inviting me not to get up.

Get up, get up, get up
Kitchen's waiting for me to prepare the meal
But I thought it's Sunday
Can I just have it all to me?

With still a sleepy head, I rose
Thinking what food would I cook
It'd be great to have a hot soup
But I'd prefer a morning hot choco sip.

Not for a long while, I hear noise all over the house
Hubby's online gun firing squad cracking every single mouse
Screaming two toddlers running after each other's chase
While having fun on Eep the mouse's face.

Standing at the kitchen, there I behold
This noisy Sunday my memory would forever hold.
It could be nice if the pouring rain wipes this house's noise
On second thought, I'd rather keep them plus the scattered toys.

Flac-flac-flac-flac
Can I have this rainy Sunday all to me?
On the bed with my book about the world of Sophie.
Guess that would forever be a deepest fantasy
For times like this will always be a rainy noisy Sunday, family day!
